I’m Nicky Pienaar, the owner behind Anchor Getaways Property Management.

I care deeply about doing things properly – paying attention to the details, keeping standards high, and making sure people feel looked after throughout the process. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I’m okay with that. It means nothing gets rushed or overlooked.

I’m also a fully qualified Hotel General Manager, and that background has shaped how I approach my work. Hospitality taught me structure, accountability, and the importance of genuine service. For me, property is still very much about people, not just transactions.

I’m naturally outgoing and enjoy working closely with clients, building real relationships rather than ticking boxes. I take pride in being reliable, approachable, and consistent, and I believe trust is earned through how you show up every day.

I’m always learning and actively studying to keep improving and staying current in a changing industry. This business reflects who I am – professional, people-focused, and committed to doing things the right way.
